Q: How do I order?

A: Just send me an email (located in the “Contact Us”) with the kinds of macarons you would like, the number of dozens, the date you would like you macarons delivered and the address.

Q: When should I order?

A: At least 1 week ahead. I am a junior in high school so planning in advance is quite helpful

Q: How much does it cost?

A: The price is $20 a dozen.

Q: How do I get the macarons?

A: There are 3 options here.

1) You come and pick up the macarons yourself at 7304 Helmsdale Rd Bethesda MD (recommended for those who live in or close to Maryland).

2) We can drop them off at your address. However, if it you live more than 15 mins away you will have to resort to options 1 and 3.

3) We can ship them to you using the Fed-Ex 1 day delivery, this will come at an extra charge of $30 for each 3 boxes.

Q: What flavors do you have?

A: You can check them out in the menu in the hot bar.

Q: Do you do any boxes for special occasions?

A: Yes I do, most people order my macarons then. My list of special events is Halloween, Thanksgiving, Holiday season, Valentine’s Day, Easter/Spring Mother’s Day, and Father’s Day.

When I have a special box, I will send out an email to all those that have ordered. If you want to get notified when a special comes out, just send me an email.

Q: What are the main ingredients?

A:  The shells are made of just three ingredients: egg whites, sugar, and almond flour. The filling will differ for each flavor of macarons.

Q: How are they made?

A: My macarons are home-made with meringue folded into a mixture of almond flour and icing sugar.

Q: Can I mix-and-match flavors?

A: Yes, but be sure to order at least a dozen of each flavor.

Q: How do I keep them?

A: You can keep them in the fridge for up to a week. Take them out half an hour before eating to insure maximum flavor!

Q: What is the difference between a macaron and a macaroon?
